Officially founded in February 2019, Tierra, Techo, Trabajo Aps (TTT) is a dynamic social advocacy association led by a passionate group of young people. Our main focus is the social and cultural rebirth of Agrigento.
Our missions
Our mission is to drive social and cultural transformation in Agrigento. Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to empower the community, promote civic engagement, revitalize urban areas, foster economic growth and create meaningful opportunities for the residents of the city.
At TTT we believe in the power of citizen involvement and transparency in governance. We actively promote administrative transparency and encourage citizens to participate in decision-making processes. By amplifying community voices, we are committed to creating an inclusive and democratic environment where the needs and aspirations of all residents are heard and addressed.
We are committed to recovering and revitalizing Agrigento's underused spaces. Through strategic planning and collaboration, we transform these neglected areas into vibrant centers for cultural exchange and community interaction. Our goal is to create welcoming spaces that foster a sense of belonging, revitalizing the social fabric of the city.
TTT actively participates in the design and implementation of initiatives focused on the revitalization and redevelopment of the degraded urban areas of Agrigento. By working closely with local authorities, organizations and community members, we contribute to the social and cultural redevelopment of these areas. Our efforts aim to improve their livability, restore vitality and create environments that reflect the aspirations and needs of the community.

Our Members: The passionate people who make up our TTT team
President, legal representative and co-founder of Tierra, Techo, Trabajo APS. In its role of representation and management of relations with the territory, it has created a dense network of relationships with non-profit organisations, businesses and city schools non-profit organisations, businesses and city schools, invaluable for the implementation of the association's projects and for the inclusion of young people from universities and schools, young people from universities and vocational education and training (VET). Vice President and Co-Founder of Tierra, Techo, Trabajo APS, Project Area Manager. Specialized in PCM and European planning, he honed his project management skills in the field by holding the role of project manager and responsible for monitoring and evaluation in TTT projects financed by public bodies and private foundations.
Vice president and co-founder of Tierra, Techo, Trabajo, project manager and head of the communication area. He deals with the creation of content and the management of social channels for the promotion of the association, its civic campaigns and projects financed by public bodies and private foundations, in which he often also holds the role of project manager. Over the years of commitment with TTT he has also acquired skills in the field of community engagement, also useful in the work of attracting and involving young people and in the activities of trainer and facilitator.
Head of the Internationalization area. With years of experience in training and teaching abroad, he is committed to expanding TTT's international network and managing relationships with universities, vocational education and training institutes and other non-profit organizations in the rest of Europe at in order to increase the impact of the association's action on a European scale.
