A safer future
The project is one of the winners of the Google.org Impact Challenge on safety, a fund that helps non-profit organizations developing real, practical solutions to counter hate and extremism and help children and young people stay safe online and offline.
The objective of the Digital World Foundation and its partner organizations, ActionAid, Comunità di Sant'Egidio and Parole O_Stili, is to create and animate the first educational ecosystem by signature (physical and virtual), made up of connections, relationships and communities.
The role of TTT
As a member of this initiative, TTT played a crucial role in the implementation of the project within Agrigento schools, actively engaging with students, holding impactful lessons and workshops on topics such as cyberbullying, digital literacy and the protection of personal data.
By bringing the values and principles of the ActionAid program to the schools of Agrigento, TTT has contributed to creating a safe and stimulating environment for young people. Through its dedication and commitment, TTT strives to promote digital awareness and well-being in the community, ensuring that students have the knowledge and tools needed to safely navigate the digital world.
